Lockdown #2 – Get the in-store Three experience online


We’re all locked down again and that means we can’t pop along to our local network store to get advice on a new phone. It also means that those random people can’t walk in and say, “The phone just broke, I want a new one. I definitely didn’t drop it. It’s your fault”.

UK network Three is pledging to keep you connected though, and are dishing up a live chat system and personal shopper who will, for reasons unknown, film in portrait. Grrr…

Called “Three Store Now” it’ll mean that you can get access to a dedicated store advisor for a one-on-one virtual personal shopping experience. You can access this service from 9am-8pm Monday to Saturday and 9am-6pm on Sunday.

Three has more than 450 dedicated advisors available, and there’s more than 2,000 customers using the service each day.

In addition, you can also access “Three Live”, which is hosted by expert presenters. Tune in, ask a question or just enjoy the bespoke tutorials on how to set up your phone or use all the features.

Free next-day delivery is available on smartphones and the “My3” online portal is open too.
